David A. Brooker has been practicing law for close to 20 years. During that time, he has appeared before all levels of the Ontario Court system, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. His extensive experience has also led him to multiple administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Municipal Board and the appeal tribunal of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
